Gee, all of you can thank your wonderful management company and their manager Iwanta Alottadough; of course your wonderful BOD and Jabba the Hutt, the sisters Frick and Fuck, the wimp Britanny and the needlepoint, of course Moonbeam and the cat Garland. Each and every one of them has made a profit on your backs. Now comes a special assessment because you were led down a garden path by these morons. Lies and deceit, mislead down the path to you not paying, and them making money off of you. Parking lot resurfacing, painting the building, the fucking mansard and more. Gee was Gulf Atlantic really allowed to do the work? NO!
Now, thanks to the IRS, form 3949A the books will be audited no matter what you think or vote. Can you see the handcuffs now? I can! There goes the management company for 21 year with the thought and spoken work of "These Books will be audited over their dead body!" I guess when you may be stealing, you don't want anyone to know.
So and a special note to Mazzaratti, gee think that the destruction of a house after 8 years protects you? Ohhh! I forgot, the Inside edition showed a County Judge who bought the house of the poor people that you went after in Palm Harbor. Guess what Mazzaratti, the IRS is now looking at you and the Judge as well as your pretty law firm. Love the new diggs! Too bad you may not ever get to sit in the pretty new building!
