Update children, Unit 510 was found dead by their sister on Monday, May 12th and there are now 16 to 17,18 units for sale ;so where is the waiting list to get in to this golden palace as I was told in an hate mail; that is well over 10 % of the entire building with only 112 units. There are so many now so low in price that they don't know what to do. With so many trying to get out it makes you begin to wonder why the place with such an alleged stellar reputation and as one piece of hate mail sent stated, that there was a waiting list to get into the place, gee where are all there people wanting to move in. Now right now there is 114, 311, 403,405 and 408 for sale Ph 14 and a few others. We all see the writing on the walls. There are a bunch or crooks or thieves running the place and it starts with Infernal Property management and goes right down to the core of the place. What a bunch of assholes run this place that it boggles the mind. And remember sellers, you have to disclose that the association is being sued right now, so you will never sell until it is settled. So I would ask your BOD to settle it real fast before you get sued by your buyer for not disclosing it to them. That means you too Gallagher!

Yes the smart people are leaving after hearing about a 300K special assesment that turns out to be only could be costing in reality 30K. Who is tellin the truth here? You never now who is listening and from how far away? Maybe even in the swamp behind the place na small boat, could be a mic in the ceiling, could be in the air ducts, could even be hidden in your very own offices. got the picture yet kids. So maybe you should stop the bullshit every wednesday meetings and figure out that i am a lot smarter than you. I have the technology, the means and the capability and I really don't care, because you see under the law, it is my clubhouse too and I ca record anything i want from anywhere i want on my own property.
