Time to get rid of the current board and their attitudes!
Yes, once again, we have a board that is STILL in POWER because of the age of some of the owners. But thanks to the ways of time and disease, many are now dying and that scares the old bastards in this place. Yes, it is time that we the new people, get rid of the crap rules that these old bastards want. If you don't like the noise, the fireworks, the barbqueing, the parties, the fact the some of us really do have lives, get the fuck out now! And you can kiss my ass Otter Key Board memebers and your little clique!

A Number of us with friends and lives want to use the facitities; but can't because of the crap board rules.
But according to the law, all of us can hold parties in the common areas etc according to Fl. Law 718.123 Right of owners to peaceably assemble.
Read this little board members!
All common elements, common areas, and recreational facilities serving any condominium shall be available to unit owners in the condominium or condominiums served thereby and their invited guests for the use intended for such common elements, common areas, and recreational facilities, subject to the provisions of s. 718.106(4). The entity or entities responsible for the operation of the common elements, common areas, and recreational facilities may adopt reasonable rules and regulations pertaining to the use of such common elements, common areas, and recreational facilities. No entity or entities shall unreasonably restrict any unit owner's right to peaceably assemble or right to invite public officers or candidates for public office to appear and speak in common elements, common areas, and recreational facilities.
(2) Any owner prevented from exercising rights guaranteed by subsection (1) may bring an action in the appropriate court of the county in which the alleged infringement occurred, and, upon favorable adjudication, the court shall enjoin the enforcement of any provision contained in any condominium document or rule which operates to deprive the owner of such rights.

Board Meetings held at 1 O'Clock in the afternoon!
What are you board clowns hiding from the rest of us? Stealing property as outlined and defined under Florida Statutes 718, section 106,107,108? Could it be the 50K contract that you spent to resurface the parking lot with 1 inch of asphalt? Or the fact that you will not allow the owners to have access to their own electrical panels or air-conditioning units? Or the power failures that go on here all the time? Or that you violate the Condo laws and just want to control the owners so that we all cower to your ideas? Or as your lawyer stated, that no one can go on the roof because they may jump off the building? Or your rule about peeing in the pool and Depends onthe old people? Who is going to check if someone is wearing Depends?
Very Interesting to say the least. Why hold a board meeting in the middle of the day when most of the real world is at work, has real things to do, or is just plain busy with reality? The resaon being must be that they wish to hide things, keep the majority of us from seeing the crap that these old bastards want to pull and get away with, and what ever else their little minds can come up with! Why not just hold it at 7 P.M when most of the real world would be available to see your possible corrupt behavior? What are you afraid of? Being exposed to the fact that none of us trust you for any reason??? Or that maybe we will see your power mad attitudes in full force of your need to control this place with your antiquaited views and sick mentalities? Think about it!

As they die off, we get rid of the stupidity and ignorance. Like a place that had 15 or more years to have it's own website like others places do, but they were to stupid to register their domain so we did it for them after 1 month of the BOD crap!
